Cancellation policy for the uniform delivery of goods

In the case of an order of goods in which all ordered goods arrive at the customer in a single delivery, the following withdrawal policy applies:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods and shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In principle, there is no right of revocation

- for contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

- contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, delivery of food and beverages and for the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the performance of a service has begun with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period or if you have initiated this yourself (e.g. by activating / registering / redeeming a voucher code). We expressly point out that in the case of voucher codes you already have access to the general hotel destinations by calling up the website (= without registering the code). As soon as you completely REGISTER and thus activate a voucher code, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely!

There is therefore no right of revocation, for example, even if you have already sent booking requests and thus commissioned the execution of the service or when reserving partner hotels via World Consulting Service Ltd Inc - 2701 Centerville Road - Wilmington - DE 19808 - USA, because this involves the provision of services through the mediation of accommodation contracts.
